Personalization
Embossing is the process of personalizing a card by using raised letters and numbers to indicate a name, account number, or other information. It is almost always used for credit & membership cards. Tipping is the process of applying color (gold, black, or silver) to the letters.
Pre-Paid Embossing
We will print and store your cards in the factory until you need them. Send in requests for as many of your cards as you require: even one at a time. We will take your cards from your inventory in your valut, personalize them, and ship them to one address.
Data may be sent to us via mail, fax, or email. No embossing information will be accepted by phone.
We recommend that you adhere to ANSI specifications for embossing. Consecutive numbering with names must be assigned when submitted for embossing.
Please allow for a 5% spoilage due to equipment jams, data entry errors, etc. No refunds or credits will be issued for unused cards or services in the prepaid embossing program. Cards will be retained for up to 5 years from the last embossing activity.
Flat printing is also available.

developed by the International Air Transportation Association contains alphanumeric information for automation of airline ticketing or other transactions where a reservation database is accessed.

developed by the American Bankers Association contains numeric information for automation of financial transactions; used by systems that require an identification number and a minimum of control information

developed by the Thrift Industry contains information intended to be updated (re-recorded) with each transaction
